The AJPM website only allows customers to see the precious metals available for sale and their prices. You cannot place orders from the website. To order products from AJPM, call the company’s toll-free number on its website and speak to one of its representatives. The representative will take down your order via the phone and send you a confirmation number. You must add that number to your check memo line when paying for the metals.
Immediately after you pay for your orders and the company confirms the payment, it will package and ship your products to your desired location. Sometimes, receiving your orders can take up to 26 days (about 3 and a half weeks).
